Services Overview
We provide professional life coaching services specializing in confidence building and life purpose discovery. Our services include individual coaching sessions, coaching packages, educational content, and related resources. All coaching services are provided by a certified Jay Shetty Life and Success Coach and member of the Association for Coaching.
Booking and Scheduling
Session Booking Process
- Initial Consultation: All new clients must complete a free 30-minute discovery call before booking paid sessions
- Booking Method: Sessions can be booked through our online scheduling system, email, or phone
- Session Confirmation: All sessions must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance
- Session Format: Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom/Google Meet) or in-person as agreed upon
- Session Duration: Standard sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise specified
Scheduling Policies
- Advance Booking: Sessions should be booked at least 48 hours in advance when possible
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge
- Same-Day Booking: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Time Zones: All session times are confirmed in your local time zone
- Session Reminders: Automated reminders will be sent 24 hours and 1 hour before each session
Payment Terms and Pricing
Session Pricing
- Individual Session: After Consultation
- 6-Session Package: After Consultation
- Discovery Call: Complimentary 30-minute initial consultation
Payment Methods
- Accepted Payments: Bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, digital payment platforms
- Package Payments: Full payment required before first session in package
- Individual Sessions: Payment due 24 hours before scheduled session
- International Clients: Payment in USD or local currency as agreed upon
Payment Policies
- Late Payment: Sessions will not be conducted if payment is not received by the due date
- Failed Payments: Automatic rebooking will be attempted; client responsible for payment processing fees
- Currency: All pricing quoted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified
- Invoices: Formal invoices provided upon request for business expense purposes
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Session Cancellations
- 24+ Hours Notice: Full rescheduling allowed with no penalty
- 12-24 Hours Notice: Session may be rescheduled subject to availability; 50% charge may apply
- Less than 12 Hours: Full session fee charged; emergency exceptions considered
- No-Show Policy: Full session fee charged for missed sessions without notice
- Coach Cancellation: Full refund or complimentary rescheduling if coach cancels
Package Cancellations
- Before First Session: Full refund minus processing fees (if any)
- After First Session: Refund calculated based on unused sessions minus 20% administrative fee
- After 50% Completion: No refunds available; remaining sessions may be used within agreed timeframe
- Medical Emergency: Special consideration given for documented medical emergencies
- Package Expiry: Unused sessions expire 6 months from purchase date
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
- Method: Refunds issued to original payment method when possible
- Administrative Fees: May apply as outlined in specific circumstances above
- Partial Refunds: Calculated based on unused sessions and applicable policies
Client Responsibilities and Expectations
Client Commitment
- Active Participation: Clients are expected to actively engage in the coaching process
- Homework and Assignments: Complete agreed-upon tasks between sessions
- Honest Communication: Provide honest feedback and share relevant information
- Goal Setting: Collaborate in setting realistic and achievable coaching goals
- Progress Tracking: Participate in regular progress assessments
Technology Requirements
- Stable Internet: Reliable internet connection for video sessions
- Device Requirements: Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone
- Platform Access: Ability to access specified video conferencing platforms
- Backup Plans: Have alternative contact methods available during sessions
- Recording: Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties
Professional Boundaries
- Coach-Client Relationship: Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Communication: Use designated communication channels for coaching-related matters
- Emergency Contact: Coaching is not emergency support; use appropriate emergency services when needed
- Dual Relationships: Avoid business, personal, or romantic relationships outside of coaching
- Confidentiality: Respect the confidential nature of the coaching relationship
Intellectual Property and Content
Coaching Materials
- Proprietary Content: All coaching frameworks, worksheets, and methodologies are proprietary
- Personal Use Only: Materials provided for individual use and may not be shared or redistributed
- Copyright Protection: All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
- Attribution: Proper attribution required if referencing coaching concepts publicly
Client-Generated Content
- Testimonials: Client may provide testimonials and success stories
- Usage Rights: By providing testimonials, client grants permission for use in marketing materials
- Privacy Protection: Names and identifying details will be changed for privacy protection
- Withdrawal: Clients may request removal of testimonials at any time
Confidentiality and Privacy

- Session Privacy: All session content remains strictly confidential
